We source organic beans that are small batch, air roasted by local partners. Beyond the brew, we invite you to explore our bespoke fabrics and an array of sweet and savory treats. Every detail, from our historic vault to our farmhouse table, is designed to offer you a truly beautiful boutique experience.

When we moved to Trenton in 2019, I saw an opportunity to blend my life as a homeschooling mother and entrepreneur. I wanted a platform for our family's art and a 'living classroom' where my children could learn the ropes of business. Finding a home at Main Street Mercantile was the start of a wonderful friendship that continues today. As our vision expanded, so did our footprint. We moved into the loft of the mercantile where we launched Farmhouse Table, offering convenient, high-quality frozen meals. The centerpiece of our kitchen was one of our most personal projects: a vintage Avion camper. My husband and I completely transformed it into a mobile kitchen, setting up in town to serve fresh, hot samples of our farmhouse favorites to the community. One memorable day a suggestion from our daughter, Eden, truly changed our trajectory. Being a family of coffee enthusiasts, she suggested we offer our iced coffee at events -and the response was overwhelming. What began as a simple suggestion for iced coffee soon evolved into a thriving full menu, leading us to make the bittersweet decision to close our original artisan shop and lean fully in a new direction. When the opportunity arose to lease the historic Citizens Bank building on Trenton's Main Street, we knew we could finally bring both worlds together. After personally remodeling the interior with a French Farmhouse aesthetic, we were thrilled to reopen our artisan shop as a boutique nestled right within the heart of our new coffee shop home. While coffee is our passion and mainstay, our menu has grown to include many more artisan drinks! We are dedicated to serving extraordinary espresso with a distinct European flair, focusing on a cup that offers true clarity, sweet and smooth. By applying the same handcrafted care to our coffee as we do to the small business collections in our artisan shop, we've created a destination where quality is felt in every sip and beauty meets the eye!
