The Missouri Day Festival Committee is very excited about our celebration planned for October 16-17, 2010 in Trenton, Missouri. After 25 years of hosting this highly successful event, we are certain that attendees and vendors will find this event worth attending. Our crowd for 2009 was comprised of great vendors and the attendance was outstanding, with over 40 bands participating.

Opening ceremonies will be held on Thursday, October 14th. A dinner is planned that evening. In addition, we will hold the annual parade and band day on Saturday, October 16th. The craft village and flea markets will be open both Saturday, October 16th and Sunday, October 17th.We will have a huge band festival, great food, musical entertainment throughout the weekend, baby show, coloring contest, and a host of other fun events.

If you are not already signed up for a booth, we invite you to participate as a vendor in this year’s event. Please complete the registration form, a tax form, and send a menu or brochure outlining your products if you have one available.

All vendors participating in Missouri Day must plan to set-up on Friday, with the exception of flea market vendors, who may begin set up Thursday anytime after 8 a.m. (please see the application for more arrival/set-up details)
