VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: Payment in full must be received before a spot will be reserved for you at the Festival, simply submitting this form does not reserve you a vendor booth at Missouri Day. To pay online via PayPal, please click here, if you prefer to pay via check, cash, or money order, please note on this form that you have mailed, or will be mailing, your payment as soon as possible. Without payment of vendor fees, we are unable to reserve you a spot.

Booth Space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The earlier we receive your 2010 application and payment, the more booth location choices you will have! Please register early!

Location Selection & Fee Schedule Vendors/Crafters - Please mark desired category below and submit total amount prior to the festival. Non-professional vendors, please note that tents are only allowed in Pavilion Rows A & D and in the Flea Market area. All Rock Barn spaces have been filled. All Professional Vendor spaces have been filled.

Professional vendors are those who sell food and will need space for trailers. Please Provide Trailer Dimensions: ft x ft
Additional Vendor Information PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY. ALL vendors should plan to set up on Friday, between 9 a.m. & 5 p.m. Flea Market vendors may not arrive or begin set-up prior to 8:00am on Thursday. Any early (before Thursday morning) flea market arrivals wishing to camp on the fair grounds will be billed $15.00 per night. Electrical supply is limited. No booth sharing allowed. This is a 'G' rated show. Please make sure your items are all family-friendly. Missouri Days provides overnight security from 9pm to 7am both Friday and Saturday nights. No exclusives on booths, i.e. one funnel cake, one kettle corn, etc. Demand determines market. Confirmation of space will be mailed to you around the first week of October. Please call 660-359-4324 or e-mail if you have any questions. Please Note: whatever mailing address you submit to us on this form will be the address your vendor package is mailed to. Please double check that your address is correct. Should your address change after your application has been submitted, please notify the Chamber so we can get you your vendor package! REFUND POLICY: In the event of cancellation, vendor will be refunded 50% of amount paid. Absolutely no refunds are given after September 30th. Please Note: Space at the Missouri Day Festival is limited, therefore, vendors are assigned spots on a "first come, first serve" basis. The space you request may not be the space you are ultimately assigned (registering early assures you more location options). Vendor placement is at the discretion of the Missouri Day Committee &/or Chamber of Commerce President. From time to time, organizations may contact us and request contact information of vendors who may be interested in attending their events. If you do not wish to have your information shared with other event coordinators, please let us know in the 'Other Comments' section above.
