Missouri Day Schedule of Events 2009
The theme for the 2009 Missouri Day Festival has been announced. The votes of several Chamber business members have decided that the theme will be Missouri Day 25th Anniversary - A Festival Full of Tradition: 1984 - 2009. Missouri Day falls on October 17th - 18th this year.
Pre-Festival Activities
MONDAY, SEPT. 7th HALF THE POT CONTEST BEGINS entries into this drawing can be purchased at the Chamber of Commerce or at HY-VEE customer service desk 1 for $2, or 3 for $5. SPONSORED BY TRENTON HY-VEE
FRIDAY, OCT. 10 Deadline for Coloring/Drawing Entries, SPONSORED BY FARMERS STATE BANK
FRIDAY, OCT. 9 5:00 P.M. Deadline for Window Decorating Contests, SPONSORED BY CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST and Deadline for Yard Decorating Entries, SPONSORED BY MID-AMERICA WIRELESS Photos will be taken of entries - Voting for winners will take place at Opening Ceremonies/Dinner.

2:00pm to 6:00pm Scarecrow Entries, decorate courtyard of Rock Barn area, followed by judging, SPONSORED BY US BANK
