The Chamber hosts a “Jailbreak” Poker Run each year in late summer. Many folks come out to enjoy a motorcycle ride through northern Missouri while collecting a poker hand at designated stops along the route. At the end of the route, there is usually a catered meal and door prizes. If your poker hand wins, you get $500 CASH. Worst hand gets $50.

This year’s poker run, scheduled for September 10, 2022, will be taking approximately a 200-mile scenic route in northern Missouri along the Lewis and Clark Trail. Riders/Drivers will register/check in at the old Grundy County Jailhouse on 8th Street at 9:00am. Kickstands up at 10:00am. Poker hands will be played and prized awarded at Java and Hooch after the Rotary fish fry at the Rock Barn. Winning hand receives $500 cash prize. Fees to join in this fun ride are $30 per single rider and $40 per couple (on same motorcycle or vehicle). Fee includes poker hand and meal. Extra poker hands are available for $5 each.
